Set in Hastings, this new two-bedroom bungalow was all about creating a simple, comfortable home with sustainability at its heart. The planning journey included a public consultation, and we successfully secured approval by showing how the design could sit comfortably within its setting. From drainage and energy to biodiversity, every detail was thought through — proving that even small homes can make a big positive impact.
