Gotham Farm

A Class Q planning application to convert a farm building into a home. Within the limits of Class Q, the design upgrades the exterior to create a high-quality, visually striking aesthetic that sits beautifully in its rural setting. Internally, the existing footprint has been transformed to provide a generous, modern three-bedroom home. We prepared all drawings and reports, working closely with a planning consultant to ensure a strong, well-supported submission.
